Facility Rental Requests

The New Northland Catholic Community opens its doors to our community! Please note that we are not an event center and can only approve a limited number of requests. All renters should have a connection to our Church, School, or various Ethnic Communities.

Northland Catholic Community Facility Rental Requests


Pastor's Hall Policy

- $1,000 per event
- Up to 200 guests
- Event must end by 12:00 am
- Setup Time arranged with Parish Offices
- Price includes required insurance coverage, on-site supervisor(s), use of tables and chairs, access to kitchen, and 6 hours. Additional hours are $100/hour.


St. Matthias School Gym Policy

- $750 (Select Saturdays Only)
- Up to 300 guests
- Events must end by 2:00 am
- Setup Time limited by Athletic Events
- Price includes required insurance coverage, on-site supervisor(s), use of tables and chairs, access to kitchen, and 6 hours. Additional hours are $100/hour.


Pastor's Hall: must end by 12:00 am / St. Matthias Gym must end by 2:00 am
